Extended price protection . . .

Price protection is usually unavailable from most construction firms or is only good for a limited period of time. Custom homes take longer to build which makes it even harder to get fixed pricing.

Once a contract is signed by the customer and accepted by Cornerstone then prices are fixed on design and lock-up materials. A realistic time is allowed from date of contract to delivery so that customers can meet their budget.

Because the cost of design and lock-up materials represent about one third of the total construction cost, you have the ability to fix a significant portion of your construction costs for an extended period of time. The cost of framing can often be fixed as well because quotes can be based on accurate blueprint information.
